§ 305.60. Insurance required.

No license shall be issued or renewed without proof of general liability insurance in the minimum amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00). Proof of insurance shall comply with section 259.160 of this Code. (84-Or-164, § 1, 9-14-84; 2011-Or-091, § 6, 10-7-11)
