§ 303.60. Vehicle operation.

Every horse and carriage operated in the City of Minneapolis shall observe all federal, state and local laws applicable to it. Drivers shall hold a Minnesota driver's license. Every vehicle shall be kept in neat appearance and good mechanical and running condition. Each vehicle shall conspicuously display a two-digit identification number, issued by the licensing official, on the right and rear side of the carriage.
