§ 303.100. Establishment of designated routes.

Horse and carriage vehicles shall be restricted to routes established by the city council. Horse and carriage routes shall be recommended by the department of public works and established by the city council by ordinance. The city traffic engineer shall keep a list of all established routes on file and open to the public. (84-Or-056, § 2, 4-13-84)
