§ 297A.60. Violations.

Any person who lets, offers to let, or attempts to let a room in a bed and breakfast facility, or who otherwise operates a bed and breakfast facility, without a license as required by this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (88-Or-174, § 1, 9-16-88)
