§ 297A.15. No modification of zoning code intended.

(a) Nothing contained in this chapter is intended to modify the definition of a bed and breakfast facility in the zoning code, nor to enlarge rights under the zoning code, nor to legalize any use or activity which is not a valid permitted, conditional, or nonconforming use under the zoning code.

(b)

The issuance of a bed and breakfast facility license shall not be construed as authorizing a use which is not authorized by the zoning code. (90-Or-218, § 2, 8-31-90)
