§ 297.70. Register to be kept.

Every person to whom a hotel license has been issued shall at all times keep a hotel guest register within the establishment that complies with Minnesota Statute [Section] 327.10. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 87.060; 90-Or-024, § 4, 1-26-90; 2015-Or-053 , § 7, 7-10-15)
