§ 297.110. Denial, suspension, revocation or non-renewal of license application.

The provisions of this section are not exclusive. Adverse license action, inclusive of, but not limited to, revocation, may be based upon good cause at any time upon proper notice and hearing. This section shall not preclude the enforcement of any other provisions of this Code or state and federal laws and regulations. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 87.100; Pet.
