§ 291.20. Dealer not using vehicle excepted.

Any so-called "cash and carry" fuel dealer who uses no vehicle for the delivery of fuel, upon the filing of a sworn statement so stating, shall be exempt from complying with the insurance requirements of this chapter for so long a time as he or she shall not use or operate any such vehicles.
