No license shall be issued or renewed under this chapter unless the applicant shall
have on file with the licensing official liability insurance, or a certificate thereof,
in a company licensed in Minnesota in at least the amounts of twenty-five thousand
dollars ($25,000.00) for property damage, one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00)
for personal injury or death to one (1) person, and three hundred thousand dollars
($300,000.00) for personal injury or death to more than one (1) person from one (1)
accident, insuring against injury or damage arising out of the use or operation of
any fuel delivery vehicle, including loading and unloading. Such policy shall contain
a provision that no cancellation shall become effective without thirty (30) days'
prior notice thereof in writing to the licensing official. (Code 1960, As Amend.,
