§ 285.50. Filing, approval of fees.

Every applicant for a license shall file with the licensing official a schedule of fees to be charged and if such schedule is approved by the city council, it shall be the maximum fee which may be charged. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 382.050; 2013-Or-181, § 2, 12-6-13)
