Any person desiring a license to conduct a dancing school shall make application therefor
to the licensing official, upon forms to be furnished by such licensing official,
and such application shall, among other things, contain the name and address of the
applicant, the name and address of the dancing school, and the residence and occupation
of the applicant for five (5) years immediately preceding the date of application.
After filing of such application the same shall be referred to the building official,
fire department and health department for investigation and report as to the suitability
of the premises for which a license is sought. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 382.030; Ord.
