§ 281.90. Criminal penalties.

In addition to any civil penalties imposed under this chapter, nothing contained in this chapter shall prohibit the City of Minneapolis from seeking criminal prosecution for violations of Minnesota Statutes, Section 609.685 or 609.6855, as provided therein.
