§ 279.25. License application; penalty for late application.

  • (a) Every person desiring a Christmas tree dealer's license shall file with the licensing official, on forms provided by the licensing official, a written application containing the following information:

    (1)

    The name and resident address of the applicant.

    (2)

    A detailed diagram showing the location of the intended sale of Christmas trees.

    (3)

    Any other information the director deems necessary.

    (b)

    All applications for licenses in each and every calendar year are required to be filed on or before November fifteenth of said year. In the event any such application is filed after November fifteenth, before the license can be issued the applicant shall pay, in an addition to the regular fee, a sum equal to twenty (20) percent of the annual license fee.
