§ 277.2360. Exception from license.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, no license shall be required, except when ordered by the building official on account of special hazards which make supervision by the department desirable, for the wrecking or tearing down of a dwelling not over two (2) stories in height, or a private garage or shed or other such minor buildings not exceeding one thousand (1,000) square feet of total floor area.
