§ 277.2320. Place of business.

  • The licensee must maintain a place of business in the State of Minnesota and, immediately upon receiving a license, shall have it recorded in the office of the licensing official together with the actual place of business, giving street and number, and in case of removal therefrom shall immediately notify said licensing official of such removal. The removal from the State of Minnesota by any such licensee of the place of business shall operate as a forfeiture of the license. No such licensee shall be deemed to have a place of business unless that licensee has acquired, maintained, and occupied at the location designated as the place of business, sufficient space for the keeping of the records in connection with wrecking work being done in the city and the conduct of business as such licensee, nor unless a sign bearing name and business be publicly exposed at said premises.
