§ 269.60. Revocation or suspension.

Upon the presentation of satisfactory proof to the city council that any such licensee has failed to conform with any requirement for such license or has failed to conduct the licensed activity in conformance with any provision of this Code of Ordinances, the city council may revoke or suspend such license.
