§ 268.50. Investigation.

Every organization which files an application for issuance or renewal of a premises permit shall deliver the application to the police license inspector as the designee of the city clerk. The police license inspector shall investigate each application and report their findings and recommendations to the city council. In connection with the investigation, the police license inspector may require the organization to submit such other documents and records deemed necessary to verify compliance with the terms of this chapter and other laws relating to gambling.
