No shooting gallery shall be located nearer than one thousand (1,000) feet to the
entrance of any school, church or hospital, nor in any location which will result
in the annoyance of any nearby resident. However, a license may be issued for a shooting
gallery in the convention center, notwithstanding this section, if all of the other
