§ 267.1650. Residence requirements.

No license shall be granted to any person other than a resident of Hennepin County for at least one year preceding the application and a qualified voter in Hennepin County. If the applicant is a partnership, all members thereof must comply with this section; if a corporation, all members thereof must so comply. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 372.030)
