§ 265.220. Defined; exceptions.

A car-wash establishment is defined as premises used primarily for the washing of automobiles. It shall include self-service car-wash establishments. It shall not include garages and filling stations where the washing of automobiles is only incidental to the business, nor premises used for short and intermittent periods of time.
