§ 264.30. Responsibility of licensees.

It shall be the responsibility of every person or firm licensed under Title 10, Title 11, Title 13, Title 14, Chapter 188, and Chapter 244 Article XVI of this Code to:

(a)

Take adequate measures to insure that every outdoor pay telephone on its property is not misused for the purpose of distribution of controlled substances, prostitution, or other criminal activity.

(b)

Comply, if necessary, with section 95.85 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances.

(c)

The responsibilities referred to above shall be a continuing condition of every such license holder. Failure to comply with the terms of this chapter shall be grounds to revoke, suspend, refuse to renew, or refuse to approve an application for, any such license.
