This chapter shall apply to any business, activity, or occupation licensed under Title 10, Title 11, Title 13, Title 14, Chapter 188, and Chapter 244 Article XVI of this Code, which also has on its building or surrounding grounds an outdoor pay telephone accessible to the public.
