§ 244.1230. Inspection; recommendation to council.

The commissioner of health shall inspect each hotel for which a license application is filed. The commissioner shall transmit to the city council a recommendation relative to such hotel license application. If the commissioner recommends that such application be denied, the reasons for such recommendation shall be set forth by the commissioner. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 78.030; Pet.
