§ 244.1030. "Regulatory authority" defined for the code.

Wherever the term "regulatory authority" is used in the Minnesota Lodging Code, or in Chapter 244, Article X, rooming houses and lodging establishments, it shall be held to mean the Minneapolis Health Department. (2011-Or-069, § 1, 8-5-11; 2013-Or-161, § 26, 12-6-13)
