§ 244.140. Occupant to give access to owner or operator.

When, under the authority set out in section 244.600 of this Code, the extermination of pests is required to be done by a person licensed so to do, the occupant shall, five (5) calendar days after receiving written notice, remove the contents of cupboards, closets and similar places so the extermination can be effective.
