§ 233.80. Effective date.

Latest version.

This chapter shall take effect upon final passage, except:

(1)

Section 233.30(1) and (2), which shall be effective July 1, 1991.

(2)

Section 233.30(4) shall be effective July 1, 1992.

(3)

Sections 233.30(3) and 233.60 shall be effective January 1, 1993. (90-Or-187, § 1, 7-27-90)
