§ 233.20. Definitions.

For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:

(a)

Chlorofluorocarbons or CFCs means the substances identified in the Montreal Treaty as: CFC-11, CFC13; CFC-12, CF2C12; CFC-113, C2F3C13; CFC-114, C2F4C12; CFC-115, C2F5C1; Halon-1211, CF2BrCl; Halon-1301, CF3Br; and Halon-2402, C2F4Br2. Chlorofluorocarbons or CFCs also includes substances identified by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) by rule as being included or added to the Montreal Treaty.

(b)

City shall mean all territory within the corporate limits of the City of Minneapolis.

(c)

City council shall mean the city council of the City of Minneapolis.

(d)

Person shall include any natural person, firm, association, partnership or corporation, any domestic or foreign corporation, firm, association, syndicate, joint stock company, partnership of any kind, joint venture, club, common law trust, society or individual engaged in any profession, trade, occupation and any and every kind of calling carried on for profit or otherwise within the city, whether acting as a principal, agent, employee or otherwise, and includes any governmental entity or charitable organization.
