§ 229.30. Enforcement.

It shall be the duty of the commissioner of health to enforce the provisions of this chapter. This shall not be construed so as to prohibit the environmental health division from enforcing the provisions of the housing maintenance code pertaining to rats in dwellings or on the same lot or premises with a dwelling.
