§ 225.365. Licensee's name on containers.

Every person licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall place the name and current and correct telephone number of the licensee in a permanent manner on every solid waste container owned and supplied by said licensee when such container is used or placed within the city. The name and telephone number herein required shall be stenciled or painted in legible printing having letters not less than three (3) inches in height at a conspicuous location upon each container.

Exception: No identification shall be required for solid waste containers which do not exceed five (5) cubic feet in volume. (Ord. of 6-27-75, § 1; Pet. No. 251060, § 36, 12-15-89; 96-Or-046, § 11, 5-24-96)
