PB5-10. - Indemnification of Board.

Any private bus, truck, limousine or trolley transportation person or company that is granted a permit shall protect, indemnify, and hold harmless the MPRB against any claim, loss, cost, expense or damage of any kind whatsoever which may result, directly or indirectly, from the permitted use on any parkway or park road or any related activity. This indemnification is in addition to the insurance coverage required by the MPRB in PB5-6 of this chapter. (Pk. Bd. Ord. 2007-102, § 1, 5-16-07; Pk. Bd. Ord.
