For the purposes of Article V and Article VI, the following terms have the following meanings:

Boat: Every boat, houseboat, barge, vessel, raft, canoe or other watercraft used as a support in or upon the water.

Mississippi River: That part of the Mississippi River within the City of Minneapolis. (Code 1960, As Amend., § 1034.010; Pk. Bd. Ord. No. 86-102, § 1, 7-2-86)
