PB2-10. - Use of grounds and facilities.

  • No person shall play ball, golf, tennis, archery, other games or sports, upon or within any park or parkway, except upon ball, tennis, archery range or appropriate athletic grounds or golf links, established by the board. No person shall enter upon or use any tennis court, golf link, archery range or other athletic grounds or facilities except for purposes authorized by the board, or the superintendent of parks acting directly or through his duly authorized officers or agents, and after having paid any admission or entry fee required by the board, or the superintendent of parks acting directly or through his duly authorized officers or agents. The use of all athletic grounds and facilities shall be subject to such rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the board or its superintendent of parks for each such athletic ground or facility. The rules and regulations shall be in writing and made readily available to the public by posting the regulations on park property and maintaining copies of the regulations for public review at the office of the board's secretary.
