Prior to approval of any temporary access permit under this chapter, the applicant shall submit proof of liability insurance. Insurance amount limits must be in accordance with standards acceptable to the assistant superintendent of planning for the park board. The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board must be explicitly named as additionally insured on the certificate. (Pk. Bd. Ord. No. 2011-101, § 1, 1-5-11)
