The assistant superintendent of planning for the park board may require a construction
or use plan prior to approval of a permit under this chapter. If required, a plan
will be subject to the conditions reasonable and necessary to insure that the requirements
contained in this chapter are met. Such conditions may, among other matters, limit
the size, kind or character of the proposed construction access or use, require conditions
on the use of structures or materials, landscaping, drainage facilities, and other
facilities, require the replacement of vegetation, establish monitoring procedures,
provide a schedule of work reasonably calculated to comply any plan and chapter requirements,
and any other conditions the assistant superintendent of planning may require. (Pk.
