  • The park board designates and authorizes its assistant superintendent of planning to approve temporary access permits that satisfy the requirements of this chapter and do not exceed one hundred eighty (180) days. The assistant superintendent of planning will have the authority to:

    a.

    Approve,

    b.

    Approve with conditions,

    c.

    Require additional information for review,

    d.

    Submit the application to the park board for review, consideration, and recommendation, or

    e.

    Deny the permit application.

    All temporary access permits approved by the assistant superintendent of planning under this chapter must be reported to the park board within a reasonable time after the date of issuance of the permit but no longer than one (1) month from that date. (Pk. Bd. Ord. No. 2011-101, § 1, 1-5-11)
