PB10-26. - Collection of assessment.

The cost of the abatement of any such nuisance done by the Park and Recreation Board at the election and approval of the owner or person occupying or in control of the private premises and not reimbursed by the owner on or before September 1st of the year shall be reported to the Park and Recreation Board and the Park and Recreation Board shall assess and levy and cause to be collected the amount of such cost as a special assessment upon and against said premises and property upon which said nuisance existed in the manner prescribed in Minnesota Statutes Section 429.091 and Minnesota Statutes Section 429.101.
