PB10-6. - Permit for house moving if trees involved.

No person, whether licensed or otherwise, shall move any building along any street in such a way as to interfere with or injure any tree or shrub in any street or public ground, including parks and parkways, in the city without a special permit obtained from the general superintendent of parks.
