Section 3. CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS |
§ 3.8. Broad Programming Categories.
Grantee shall provide or enable the provision of at least the following initial broad categories of programming to the extent such categories are reasonably available:
(a)
Educational programming;
(b)
Minnesota news, weather & information;
(c)
Sports;
(d)
General entertainment (including movies);
(e)
Children/family-oriented;
(f)
Arts, culture and performing arts;
(g)
Foreign language;
(h)
Science/documentary;
(i)
National news, weather and information;
(j)
Public, Educational and Government Access, to the extent required by this Franchise; and
(k)
