§ 14.

  • Upon the within ordinance taking effect as herein provided, the following specified entitled ordinances be repealed:

    a.

    "An ordinance authorizing the Penn-O-Tex Corporation, a corporation organized, created and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota to enter in and upon and use a portion of the dock belonging to the City of Minneapolis, upon the terms and conditions herein set forth." (Comp. 59:7)

    b.

    "An ordinance authorizing the Penn-O-Tex Oil Company, a corporation organized, created and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota to enter in and upon and use a portion of the dock belonging to the City of Minneapolis, upon the terms and conditions herein set forth." (Comp. 59:8)

    c.

    "An ordinance authorizing the Penn-O-Tex Corporation to renew and extend two certain leases covering portions of the dock belonging to the City of Minneapolis." (Comp. 59:9)

    d.

    "Consent to Sublease by Penn-O-Tex Corporation." (Comp. 59:10)

    e.

    "An ordinance consenting to the assignment to the Phillips Petroleum Company of a sublease by the Penn-O-Tex Corporation to the Penn-O-Tex Oil Corporation of certain property owned by the City of Minneapolis." (Comp. 59:11)

    f.

    "An ordinance authorizing the Penn-O-Tex Corporation, a corporation organized, created and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota to enter in and upon and to use a portion of the dock and "accretions" upon the Mississippi River belonging to the City of Minneapolis, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth." (Comp. 59:13)
