§ 4.

Said Elevator Company shall at its own cost and expense construct in accordance with plans first to be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer of the City of Minneapolis, a grain leg with all necessary fixtures, machinery, appliances, and appurtenances for the safe and prompt receipt, elevation, and delivery of grain.

Said Elevator Company during the term hereof shall at its own cost and expense maintain and operate in compliance with all the provisions of law thereto properly applicable, the grain leg to be constructed under the provisions of the paragraph immediately next preceding.
