§ 11.

Nothing in this ordinance shall be construed to grant the said Elevator Company the exclusive use of the premises and the operation of said grain leg shall in no way interfere with the operation of the Coal Docks or with any of the operators thereon.

This ordinance and the privileges granted herein may be revoked by the City of Minneapolis whenever it shall be made to appear that the conditions hereof imposed upon said Elevator Company are not being performed by it.
