§ 7. Vacation of Public Way.

The City shall give Company at least two (2) weeks prior written notice of a proposed vacation of Public Way. The City and the Company shall comply with Minnesota Rule 7819.32.00 with respect to any request for vacation. In no case, however, shall City be liable to Company for failure to specifically preserve a right-of-way under Minnesota Statutes, Section 160.29.
