§ 5. Reconsideration.  


Latest version.
  • After the pronouncement of any decision upon any question, and before the adjournment of that meeting, any Council Member who voted with the prevailing side may move for reconsideration thereof, which shall require a majority vote for passage. Once a motion to reconsider any matter has passed or has been rejected, no further motion to reconsider the same subject matter shall be in order except by the unanimous consent of all Council Members present.
