§ 6. Calendar & Notices.

  • Notice of all meetings of the City Council and of its standing committees shall be provided as required by law. For convenience, notice of regular meetings may be made in the form of a calendar, which, if produced, shall be posted in a public place and made available to the public upon request. When necessary due to lack of quorum or the needs of the City, the President, or, in the President's absence, the Vice-President, may cancel any regular meeting of the City Council, or may direct the rescheduling of a regular meeting to another date and time prior to the next regular meeting.
