§ 13. Acknowledgment of Public Recording of Meetings.

Meetings of the City Council and its committees are public and are, typically, both recorded and televised. Members of the public who attend and present comments or testimony at hearings shall have been deemed to grant permission to the City of Minneapolis to record and televise their presence and testimony.
