§ 8. Joint Meetings of Committees

  • Any standing or special committees may meet jointly to discuss, review, and develop preliminary recommendations on subject matters of common interest or jurisdiction. A joint meeting requires a quorum of each of the separate committees participating in the joint meeting. A joint meeting cannot act other than to refer its recommendations to a standing committee. One committee report shall be produced for any joint meeting, which may be referred to a standing committee for consideration and action.
